1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Ivywing, a relationship-purpose service operated by Ivywing Limited (“Ivywing”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in Nigeria. By creating an account, you agree to the applicable terms shown to you. Contact ivywingservices@gmail.com with questions or complaints.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ivywing. You must provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Couple features require an invitation and participation by the relevant partners. You are responsible for activity through your account.

3. The service

Ivywing provides free relationship-purpose assessments, Shared Results, Full Analysis, Action Plans, Blueprint tools, and, for eligible married couples, the free Ivywing Journey beta. Features and eligibility may depend on your relationship stage and completion of preceding steps. Results are generated from information supplied by users and are intended to support reflection and discussion; they are not a guarantee of relationship outcomes.

4. Coaching and professional advice

The optional ₦50,000, 90-minute Purpose Discovery consultation is coaching or facilitation. Ivywing does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use Ivywing as a substitute for qualified professional support or emergency services.

5. Private and shared content

Your individual assessment answers and private assessment reflections remain private to you and are not displayed to your partner. Derived couple results and content intentionally created or confirmed for a shared couple feature—such as Blueprint content, Action Plans, and shared Journey records—may be visible to both partners as the feature works. Private Journey reflections are visible only to their author. Each spouse participates and confirms independently; one spouse cannot consent for the other. You should not place information in a shared feature unless you are comfortable sharing it with your partner.

6. User content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Ivywing permission to store and process it to provide, secure, and improve the service. You must not use Ivywing to harass, threaten, unlawfully monitor, impersonate, or harm another person, interfere with the service, or submit content you have no right to provide. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

7. Free features and optional paid consultation

Assessments, Shared Results, Full Analysis, Blueprint and Journey are free for eligible couples. Access depends on the applicable assessment and genuine partner confirmations, not payment or a subscription. The optional Purpose Discovery consultation costs ₦50,000 for 90 minutes. It is a separate service and is not required for any free feature. No subscription or recurring charge is introduced.

Paystack processes consultation payments. Payment confirmation and appointment scheduling are separate: paying does not confirm an appointment time. Calendly handles time selection and appointment confirmation, subject to availability. Check the confirmed appointment start time and timezone.

If you have paid for a consultation but do not have a confirmed appointment, you may contact Ivywing to request a full refund or continue arranging a suitable appointment time. Contact ivywingservices@gmail.com. Ivywing handles refund requests; approved refunds are processed through supported payment-provider operations, not automatically.

For a confirmed appointment, cancellation at least 24 hours before its scheduled start allows you to choose a full refund or rescheduling without additional charge. Within 24 hours, rescheduling may be offered at Ivywing’s discretion and refunds are considered individually, subject to applicable law. Customer no-shows are generally nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. If Ivywing cancels or cannot provide the appointment, you choose a full refund or an alternative appointment. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains notice, timezone, support handling and refund processing. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Availability, changes, and ending access

We may update or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service changes. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Ivywing. Account deletion and the treatment of personal and shared couple data are described in the Privacy Policy; a request may require support handling.

9. Intellectual property

Ivywing and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the service subject to applicable consumer-protection law. To the extent permitted by law, Ivywing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or any particular relationship outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law and contact
